Work location: Indiranagar, Bangalore, Karnataka (Mon-Fri)

Responsibilities:

• Create self-serve dashboards, reports and tools on-demand to enable all GTM teams
• Convert processes defined by business into workflows across tools
• Create training materials and conduct sessions on tool usage across GTM functions periodically
• Be a technical expert in tools used across Sales and Marketing

Requirements and Qualifications: :

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
• 4+ years working in similar roles and domain
• Expertise in Salesforce + marketing tools like Hubspot or equivalent
• Demonstrated ability to efficiently and effectively manage and execute multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced timeline-driven environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships.
• Detailed, organized and results driven.
