Overview:

We seek a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager in SaaS to join our growing team. As a critical member of our marketing department, you will drive the successful launch, positioning, and growth of our Conversational Voice AI tools in the market.

 

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and marketing, to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that resonate with our target audience and drive business success.

 

Responsibilities

·       Drive product marketing direction for Skit.ai, collaborating with other functions to determine a clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that effectively communicates the value proposition of our SaaS products to the target audience.

·       Collaborate with product management to define the go-to-market strategy for new product releases and updates. Create detailed launch plans that encompass product features, target audience, pricing, distribution channels, and promotion strategy.

·       Understand market trends, customer requirements, usage, buying behavior, and the partner ecosystem to identify better market opportunities and customer demand.

·       Equip the sales team with the necessary tools and resources to sell the SaaS products effectively. Develop sales presentations, battle cards, and training materials to enhance their product knowledge and sales pitch.

·       Lead the analyst relations strategy and interactions with key industry analyst firms.

·       Educate sales, product management, marketing teams, and the partner channel about the competitive landscape and competitor offerings.

·       Develop and own product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that differentiate our solutions.

·       Provide input and strategy into the product roadmap, strategy, and pricing based on market and customer research findings, industry analyst interactions, and competitive findings.

·       Nurture and leverage relationships with thought leaders, influencers, and key strategic customers and partners to help increase market awareness.

·       Provide input about product priorities and goals to Product Management.

·       Use customer, partner, and competitive research to influence product strategy and drive effective messaging.

·       Grow a customer reference program to engage customers and showcase customer success and value realization. 

·       Enable the marketing team and guide content teams in crafting engaging audience-specific content, including case studies, solution briefs, web content, presentations, data sheets, whitepapers, and sales playbooks.

·       Work closely with product management, sales, delivery, tech, design, and other teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of product marketing strategies. Foster a collaborative environment that promotes shared goals and objectives.

·       Gather competitive intelligence on our key competitors and develop differentiation materials for the field and external consumption.

·       Support the team in setting clear goals and key results. Ensure those are communicated and visible across the company, and the progress is shared regularly.

·       Create content matrices and Map content performance across touchpoints to validate product-market fit.

·       Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for product marketing initiatives and track performance against goals. Leverage data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.

 

Qualifications:

·       Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

·       Minimum of 10 years of experience in product marketing and related marketing functions in the software industry, preferably within a reputable enterprise SaaS or AI business.

·       6+ years of progressive management experience, emphasizing leadership and engaging global and local stakeholders.

·       Proven track record in building, getting buy-in, executing data-driven marketing plans, and staying focused on “getting it done right” in a fast-moving environment.

·       Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze complex data sets and translate insights into actionable strategies.

·       Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

·       Strong interpersonal skills. Demonstrated experience building credibility with and delivering results for product teams, sales teams, and customers.

·       Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to explain and translate complex technology concepts into simple, intuitive communications.
