Responsibilities:

  • Understand Customers and their end users through research and analysis.
  •  Conceptualise and create user journey workflows for voice bots.
  • Write required conversation pieces for voice bots to cover all user scenarios.
  • Collaborate with multiple functions and own the user experience of the voice bots.
  • For Sr.Designers, Collab with CUX teammates and mentoring/guiding/review responsibilities

Requirements:

  • Should have a knack for customer faced writing, research and implementation.
  • Should be able to put themselves in the shoes of the end users while designing (UXknowledge is a plus).
  • Good awareness of AI at user level / preliminary ML level will be preferred.
  • Confident and can take ownership of their work.
  • Demonstrating professional attitude to work and work environment.
  • Good communicator within the team and in front of the customers as well.

Experience:

  • For designers, fresh graduates with internship experience in content / copy / UX / AI canwork well.
  • For Sr. Designers, people with 2 to 4 years of experience in copy / UX / AI / AI content related roles would be good.
